They operate an in-person drop-in service at The Turning Point, located in the Design Works, Park Parade, Harlesden, NW10 4HT, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.

This office also serves as a base for the Brent Single Homeless service and offers support for refugee housing needs.
